    • If I register as a job seeker will my information remain confidential?

      Yes, your information remains confidential. Read our privacy policy for further details.

    • Do I have to pay any charges for registration, or job search and accessing job information on the job portal?

      No, we do not charge job seekers for registration or using the job search and accessing job information on the job portal, however there may be some value added services that may be offered in the near future and may be charged for. The list of such services (if any) and their charges will be updated on the job portal from time to time.

    • If I give my mobile number, will it be visible to others on the portal?

      No, the information you submit as a part of registration is not made public or shared with any other party. The use of personal or contact information is in accordance with the privacy policy and can be viewed from the link on the website.

    • Don't have a mobile/ landline number, can I still register?

      Yes you can still register, but you will need to provide at least one valid landline number to submit the registration form or vice versa.

    • I have completed my registration, what do I need to do next?

      After completion of the registration form, you will receive an email with your login details from Vetjobsindia to the email address provided by you while registering. You will be required to use the same “Username” and “Password” to Login into the website

    • How do I register with Vetjobsindia.com?

      Registration process is simple, all you need to do is:

      • Click on the “Register Here” link on the top right of the Homepage.
      • Provide all the required information for registration and click on the “Submit” button at the bottom of the screen to complete registration process.

    LOGIN

    • I can't login, it says username or password unrecognized, what should I do?

      If you are unable to login it may be because of any one of the following reasons:

      • You are not a registered user and may require to register to proceed.
      • You are entering the wrong username or password, check for the Caps Lock on your keyboard as the password is case sensitive.
      • You may have forgotten your username or password, in which case you will have to click on the “Forgot password?” link and either enter your username or your email address. Your new password and username will be mailed to you shortly after that.

    JOBS

    • A couple of days ago I saw a job advertised, but I can't find it now, could you contact me with the advertiser?

      No we can’t.

    • I'd like to find out more about one of the vacancies I've seen advertised, who do I contact?

      Please contact the employer who has advertised the vacancy, as only they will be able to help you. The contact details are published along with the rest of the vacancy details. Do not contact us, the only information we know about the jobs is what has been published on this site.

    • I want to apply for one of the jobs advertised, but I haven't been able to contact the employer. Could you please provide alternative contact details or could I contact them through you?

      No you can't. All we know about the jobs is what has been published on the page. If some of the information is wrong or the employer doesn't reply, there is nothing we can do.

    • I'm interested in one of the jobs advertised, what do I do?

      Please contact the employer who has advertised the vacancy. The contact details are available along with the rest of the vacancy details.

    • How to post job information?

      Go to Jobs link, click on “Post New Job”. A form opens where you need to fill in the required information on requirements and click on “Submit” to complete submission process. Immediately job information will be listed among other job ads.

    • How do I access job information?

      To access, you must login to the website. Then go to Jobs link, click on the “Job ID/ Job description”. A new popup opens where you can access full details on that particular job information.

    EMPLOYER

    • I'd like to add my logo to my business profile page and vacancies, how do I add?

      Please go to the Jobs link and click on the "Post sponsored jobs" option if you want to upload your company logo.

    • Can I change my username?

      No. If you want a new username you need to delete your existing account and open a new one with the new username.

    • Can I change the password?

      Yes. To change your password, please go to "My Account" and click on the "Change password" option in the menu.

    • Why should I register?

      To access any of the services that we provide like free job posting, resume search, and inclusion of your business profile page in our directory you need to register with us.

    ADVERTISING

    • I'd like to advertise several positions, but I'd like my business name to appear as "confidential", is this possible?

      No, it's not possible. All the vacancies shown in our website must include the name of the advertiser.

    • I'd like to change the details of one of my postings, how do I do it?

      To change the details of a vacancy, you need to go to Jobs link and click on the "Edit" link beside the vacancy that you want to update.

    • I'd like to remove one of the vacancies I have advertised, how do I do it?

      To remove a vacancy, you need to go to the Jobs link and click on the "Delete" link beside the vacancy that you want to remove.

    • How do I know who has replied to my adverts?

      Your contact details will be shown in every job that you advertise, so that the job-seekers will contact you directly, and not through us. You can specify how you want to be contacted, or what to do to apply for the job.

    • For how long will my vacancies remain advertised?

      Your vacancy will appear on page for one month and we remove it after one month, but you can remove it before that, or renew it for another one month, it’s up to you.

    • How long will it take for my vacancies to be reviewed and appear on your site?

      As soon as administrator reviews & approves your job advertisement, the vacancies will be shown on the site.

    • I have entered some vacancies, but they appear as "unreviewed", what does this mean?

      All the vacancies advertised on our site are manually reviewed by us to ensure the quality of the adverts. If any of your vacancies appears as "unreviewed", it means that the advert has yet to be reviewed by us.

    • What do I have to do to advertise my vacancies on your site?

      Firstly, you need to register yourself/ your company to create an account. Immediately after this, you can start entering your vacancies. To do so, you need to go to the Jobs column and click on the "Post New Job" option.

    • How many jobs can I advertise for free?

      As many as you want.

    • I'd like to advertise some of my vacancies, how much does it cost?

      Nothing, it's free of cost.
